Look back, Take Stock and Learn
But before you start defining you New Year Resolutions, even before the crazy rush (of buying, wrapping, social events and the like) hits you like a Tsunami... and beaches you high and dry on the deserted shores of another new year – set aside just a couple hours to take stock of your past year and get clear on how you did in this past year. As you look back 12 months, what stands out for you? What key events took place? How did you handle them? And through them all, did you choose to become bitter or better?
